Returns

If something should come back.

• Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
• Start the return with the order number by email at pantzosantonis@gmail.com, or Contact.
• Return shipping is yours to cover, unless the fault was ours.
• Damaged or wrong goods should be reported as soon as they arrive, for a replacement or a refund.
• Orders are placed on this site and emailed to the depot. Payment is cash on delivery. A refund, once agreed, is arranged the same way.
• A standing order can be stopped by writing to the same team. Any refund covers shipments that have not yet left.
